For Signature Snakku Box:

The cut-off date for that month's Snakku box is the first day of the month for the month the boxes ship out. (For the November Box, the last day to order is November 1). We try to ship out all the boxes by around the 5th of every month.

Example:

• If you placed an order on March 9th, you will receive the April box which ships out on April 5th.
  
  
• If you placed an order on March 2nd (after the cut-off date), you will receive the April box which ships out on April 5th.

For Tasting Box:

The cut-off date for that month's Tasting box is the 10th of the month. (For the November Box, the last day to order is November 10). We try to ship out all the boxes by around the 15th of every month.

Example:

• If you placed an order on March 9th, you will receive the March box which ships out on March 10th.
  
  
• If you placed an order on March 11th (after the cut-off date), you will receive the April box which ships out on April 15th.

If you missed the cut-off date but would still like that month's box, please contact us or send us an email at [email protected]. We can't guarantee that we'll have any extra boxes left over to ship out, but we'll try our best.
