When will I be charged for my subscription?Updated 3 years ago
Immediately after your first order you will receive your initial charge for Snakku.
How to calculate your next billing date:
| 1 Month Snakku Subscription | Charged on the 1st of every month after your first month | If you subscribed on Jan 8, your first box will ship on Feb 5. Your next charge is on Mar 1 |
| 3 Month Snakku Subscription | Charged on the 1st of the month after your initial 3 months | If you subscribed on Jan 8, your first box will ship on Feb 5. Your next charge is on May 1 |
| 6 Month Snakku Subscription | Charged on the 1st of the month after your initial 6 months | If you subscribed on Jan 8, your first box will ship on Feb 5. Your next charge is on Aug 1 |
| Tasting Box Subscription | Charged on the 10th of every month after your first month | If you subscribed on Jan 12, your first box will ship on Feb 15. Your next charge is on Mar 10. |
Please note that all subscriptions renew automatically. If you would like to have a non-recurring subscription or a one-time gift, please order a gift box.
If you would like to cancel the recurring future orders, just log into your account and cancel the existing subscription by the last day of month before (for Signature Snakku Box) and by the 9th of every month (for Tasting Box). (Ex: Update by March 31st for your April Signature Snakku Box order & April 10th for your April Tasting Box order).
