How do I update my billing address or credit card info?Updated 2 years ago
You can easily change your shipping address by following the guide below for ONLY future recurring subscriptions (boxes which are shipping out next month - NOT the current month's box).
- Log into your account by going to Snakku.com and then going to the top right and clicking "Sign In"
- Once you have logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions" on the left
- Click on "Billing Information" on the left menu
- You can edit your billing address and credit card information here
Please note that since Signature Snakku Box subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of every month, any updates need to be done by the last day of the month before.(Ex: Renews on February 1; updates must be made by January 31).
Tasting Box renew automatically on the 10th of every month, so any updates need to be done by the 9th of every month. (Ex: Renews on February 10th; updates must be made by February 9th).
